We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team and scale our marketing efforts in a friendly, fast-paced, and creative startup environment.

This is a unique opportunity to help shape our marketing strategy and execute on multiple fronts. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will work closely with our C-Level, product team, and our sales organization to help build brand recognition and position Commutifi as a leading voice in sustainable mobility.

The ideal candidate has excellent written and verbal communication skills and is ready to wear many hats as we grow. They are super-organized, have a creative mind, and enjoy the dynamic pace of a startup environment.

What you’ll be doing

  • Develop our content marketing initiatives, including writing white papers, case studies, articles, and newsletters.
  • Improve our brand positioning through our website (SEO knowledge is a plus) and social media.
  • Assist in planning industry conferences, from coordinating travel, booth design, lead generation, speaking engagements, and general strategy.
  • Organize and produce online industry events, webinars, and our weekly podcast.
  • Generate new leads through targeted advertising and other digital channels.
  • Develop comprehensive product and marketing material for users and prospective clients alike.
  • Track projects and communicate tasks and deadlines to internal and external collaborators to ensure timely completion.
  • Report on metrics related to the performance of programs.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2-4 years of related marketing experience in a technology-oriented field
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • High sense of organization and ability to efficiently manage projects
  • Creative and curious mind to apply new marketing strategies as we grow
  • Desire to learn and ability to pick up new tools and skill sets as required

An ideal candidate would also have

  • Graphic design expertise (adobe illustrator, premier, sketch, etc.)
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (google adword, toneden, mailchimp, hubspot, etc.)
  • Experience working in startups, B2B SaaS products, or in transportation / public sector
